Bumbershoot Festival

Seattle’s Bumbershoot Festival will be taking place Aug. 31-Sept. 2 at the Seattle Center.

The artist list includes Death Cab For Cutie, Heart, fun.,  Bassnectar, Kendrick Lamar, MGMT plus Alt-J, Icona Pop, Deerhunter, Delta Rae, Bob Mould, The Breeders, Superchunk, Redd Kross, Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience, Baroness, Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Gary Numan, Tegan and Sara and the famed ’60s Brit band The Zombies.

Another East Coast Fest Announced: Firefly

Firefly Music Festival is hitting the East Coast for its inaugural year on July 20, 21 and 22 in Dover, Delaware. The festival will take place at The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway, located in close proximity to Philadelphia, New York City, Washington D.C. and Baltimore.

Headliners include The Killers, The Black Keys and Jack White alongside more than 40 national acts, such as Death Cab for Cutie, John Legend and The Flaming Lips.

Summer with Death Cab for Cutie

Codes And Keys, the new release Death Cab for Cutie, goes retail on May 31. Although passes for the band's short series of North American dates scheduled for May and June are all gone, the summer tour officially gets underway at the Lifestyle Communities Pavilion July 27.
